ok im austalian. 1 pound in america is 2kgs in ausralia.
and b4 u started ur diet u were 133 pounds correct? thats only 50 kgs in aussie! thats about 5-10 kgs lighter than i am. soo dont put urself down lyk this! its unfair. evn thou i do (sometimes) i try to go on a diet but i cant go thru wit it. instead i do netball. which is reallii fun for me!.
so u can diet without putting urself down.
most of the time so far u dont evn no wut u weigh, praise urself about how far uve come.
i dnt think u should starve urself. i think u should eat but eat smaller portions. how much do u weigh now?? k

Well, when I went to the dentist there was a lot of 'hmmm' noises coming from her, and when she finished looking she pulled me back up in the chair and said, 'Now, Ashleigh..' and I had a minor heart attack.

She was really nice to me, and must have known, but gently said, that there was an awful amount of holes, and damage etc etc and that it all needed to be fixed.

That she would give me a quote, and I could make the appointments to come back.

And that she would just clean and scale my teeth for now.

How awful! We have a major roosterroach problem in the city where I work, it's disgusting. You can't set your drink down without a bug drowning in it. They are climbing out from under this keyboard while I type!

Worst part is, because my boss's house is a cesspool, she thinks its normal to have so many bugs and doesn't think its a problem.

If it's any help, you can get sonar-boxes now that repel mice, rats, anything remotely rodent like. They just plug straight into the socket and emit a continuous high pitched sound that is out of our hearing range so we can't hear it, but the rodents hate it and it keeps them well away. Works up to about a 100 metres. We live out in the countryside and use them quite often. The version we've got doesn't affect cats, dogs and birds though. Just rodents. They're really good, and you only need to buy one.

As for the i-pod fiasco OMG! That's crazy! Did they catch them on cctv?

Binging - I've been there. Used to do it all the time. But from what I've read about you so far, you seem to be very strong, so I know you'll get it back under control hon. I have faith in you. Besides, the odd break from restriction every now and then can do wonders for kick starting your metabulism so try not to feel bad about it.

Hey i weigh the same as you! and im also trying vigerously to loose weight! I gave out fast food for lent which is SUPER easy for me because I never eat it anyways. But i just eat a ton of whatever i have at my house, so it doesn't even matter if i give something up.

But i'm trying to get fit because i have track coming up and i totally want to do Hurdles and High Jump and 1/2 Lap Race. Maybe long jump but you get sand in your shoes and i HATE that plus im bad at it.

Alcohol class would be interesting. We have a Traffic Offenders Program (Matt had to do it when he was busted drink driving) and they go for 8 weeks and talk about ambulances, car accidents, brain injuries, I think it would be interesting.

My gym is maybe an 8 minute drive away. It's in a mall, so its a bit of a hassle just getting there, finding a park, and waiting forever to get the lift down to the right level, then walking again to get in there. I guess that's why when I get there, I stay for a longer time.

I plan my visits around tv, if there is a lot on tv that I can watch, I'll stay for longer. They have 7 tvs to pick from, so it works out quite well.
